Running a business isn’t easy.
These tools help me do it well.
Jobber - Client Management Software
There’s absolutely no way to run your business efficiently and profitably without a great client management software. I use Jobber to run my Pressure Washing Business and it’s incredible. Quotes, Leads, Invoices, Payments, etc etc etc. The list goes on and on. This tool is what you need.
Tave - Client Management Software
One of the first software I started using when I began my video business. I’ve used Tave for many years and it still works great for me. I use this for all new lead follow-ups and contacts as well as all invoicing that I do from both my video production company and wedding company.
Frame.IO - Client Deliverables | Revisions
Out of all the softwares I use, this has been and continues to be one of the most useful tools I have. I use this to send videos to clients. The great thing about this tool is that they can make revisions directly in the platform so it’s easy to keep track of, and it’s easy for them as well. I couldn’t live without this tool.
ClickUP - Task Management Software
We use clickup for all our task management. What videos are we working on? Who is working on them? When are they due? How long should they take? What are the details? All of this info is kept in Clickup. We previously used Asana, Monday.com, and many other options, but we like ClickUp the best for the cost and functionality.
Harvest - Time Tracking Software
We use Harvest to keep track of where all of our time goes. Whenever a task is completed in ClickUP, it’s logged in Harvest. Clients can get instant feedback as to the amount of hours they’ve used and/or previous hours that were used. This is how we keep track of invoices for non hourly clients as well.
MUSICBED - Licensed Music
If you create a lot of content, you need a lot of music. Musicbed is my favorite place to get quality music at a great price.
My Gear
Everyone always wants to know all the gear that I use. Here’s the answer.
